Designation : In-flight Chef
Job Location : Saudi Arabia
Exp : 3-5 years exp in 5 star hotels
To prepare, cook and present dishes for First & Business Class guests in tools and place are always hygienic and clean
Follows all relevant policies, processes and standard Operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Smooth flow of day-to-day
Implements the day-to-day operations assigned to ensure compliance operations with the established standards and procedures Accountabilities Staff Appearance
Prepare and present cuisine to First & Business Class guests in-flight, Customer Satisfaction
with the utmost attention to quality and detail.
Ensure all areas of the galley kitchen are kept clean, hygienic and tidy at all times.
liaise and interact with guests, confidently informing them about the First & Business Class menu choices.
Liaise with and assist the First & Business Class crew as required
Build rapport with guests and aim for increase customer satisfaction
Flexibility with rosters that may change to adapt to business needs and Staffing situations that may arise
Ensure a high level of personal hygiene and personal grooming at all times
Improved Performance Quality of services
Safety, Quality & Environment = Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
Healthy and safe work environment
Degree in cooking is preferred (but not mandatory)
" Achieving the required English language level test (If applicable)
" 5/4 Stars level is desirable and no exposure is not accepted.
" Chefs experienced in Pastry Only are not accepted.
" 2 years of experience as Demi Chef De Partie is preferable.
Preferable experience in Mediterranean and Arabic kitchens. Minionum years of
" Cruise liners Chefs to be considered based on their experience required in | experience and exposure. ; Penion Tite | grade for promotion | Grade
